Over 35 years experience in the refining industry with more than 20 years in bitumen Health & Safety, Quality and Operational roles. Wayne is currently responsible for all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality management areas of the business including Standards accreditation and the developing area of Responsible Sourcing.

His role entails significant customer facing contact on safety issues providing best practice advice within the Refined Bitumen Association guidelines.
